What is Lava Rescue Massage?

The Rescue massage is an ingenious combination of deep tissue massage with warm Lava Shells to relax muscles and cool Glacial Shells to reduce inflammation. This is the perfect choice for treating all fitness related aches and pains. The specialised deep tissue massage techniques target trigger points in muscles which are responsible for tension and referred pain. Your treatment will be tailored to suit your individual needs and leave you feeling invigorated, muscles will be relaxed and aches and pains will be significantly reduced.

What to expect from your visit

Before you come for any massage treatment at eternalbeing, you need to be hydrated and we should be made aware of any medications and supplements you are taking as well as existing health conditions, each massage is completely tailored to you and your unique needs. We will use CBD and essential oils if needed. You should leave feeling relaxed and relieved. We always offer an exercise plan so that you can continue pain relief yourself, as well as a nutrition and aftercare plan as standard.

All no shows and same day cancellations will be charged the full cost of the treatment. All treatments are by appointment only and require card details to secure your booking. (50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking)
