Michelle the patches are BRILLIANT, my immune system is strong with taking the patches as working in an office with lots of people with colds and not wanting to get covid on its rounds. I wanted to give the patches, as I was sick of taking lots of supplements all in one ago and the cost of taking lots too plus having to take big supplements that I struggle to get down. The immune patch works and I have more energy, I am getting the main vitamins into my body to protect my immune system in the autumn and winter months
