Appointments, preparation and cancellation policy

Booking Appointments

If you wish to book an appointment please contact your local salon (see contact us for details). If your call cannot be answered immediately please leave a message making sure you speak slowly and clearly with your name & telephone number (contact details), plus the treatment or treatments that you are interested in.

You can also send us an email stating your name, telephone number and contact email, including the treatment or treatments that you are interested in.

However you contact eternal being, someone will return your interest in our services as soon as possible.

Please have your credit or debit card details available as this will secure your appointment. If you are paying by cash or cheque please bring in your deposit to secure your appointment to the salon before your appointment day and time.

 

Preparation

You do not need to bring anything with you as we provide everything you will need.


Please arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment.

On the day of your appointment please make sure you do not eat or drink for 1 hour before the appointment.

Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension for the scheduled treatment. This is to ensure the next client is not inconvenienced.

Changes in your appointment Time

When paying by a credit or debit card you acknowledge that a small percentage of the amount you pay constitutes non-refundable card fees and charges.
Therefore, if you wish to obtain a refund for your prepayment, subject to these terms and conditions, we will deduct 5% of the amount paid by you to cover our direct costs

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you are unable to keep your appointment please give as much notice as possible so that we can offer your slot to another client.
All cancellations must be made 48 hours or more before the appointment otherwise you will incur full payment.
If you do not attend your appointment you will incur the full payment to cover our time and business costs.

We reserve the right to update our list of treatment without notice

Please note that due to the extremely high demand for colonic hydrotherapy and other treatments we offer it is required that a 50% deposit is paid at the time of booking. In the event that an appointment is not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, the full amount due for the treatment will be debited from the card.
